All artists will find times that they get onto a track that just produces a lot of inspired art.  There is something about the visual and technical and emotional content that resonates with THEM, and likewise will resonate with many viewers of their art as well.

There are several continuing themes that I have had over the years.  While the Sandstone Caves of Ra Paulette has been a passion of mine since 2008, I cannot take the credit for the way in which HIS art has informed mine.  I discussed this at length in the opening blog of this site – so you might look at that.  But – there are many images there worth enjoying, but, again, this is a collaboration between him and me.

The Two Sand Beach images are from a particular beach in Rosarito, Mexico.  This beach is quite unique in the way the sands intermingle.

Sails – is all about the wonderful contours, shadows and surfaces of boat sails, when looked at in a certain way.  This is a continuing exploration and will be added to in again in the near future.

Plant abstracts:  I have only put two very old images in here to date – but will be adding to that.  There is an upcoming series I call “Light Through Leaves” that has produced some wonderful results.

The Buildings of Orange County shows a number of fascinating buildings in abstract terms – especially those with unique structure and those that play off each other by reflections.  Since I am creating images with only a PART of the architectural creation of the builder, and taking the three dimensional structures and rendering them in a totally novel way in TWO dimensions – I am avoiding the question of WHOSE art this is.  But – it is always an interesting question.  Of course, the architect did not create the whole in those clouds …
